Cancellation policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our logistics process is optimized to be as fast as possible. Therefore, we have strict cancellation windows for orders without incurring returns.
1. Cancellation of Pre-Orders. Given the nature of our limited pre-order drops, the logistics wait is estimated and indicated on the product page. If you change your mind during the transit period, you can request cancellation of the order and a full refund at any time, as long as the order has not already entered the "Fulfillment" phase (i.e., before the email with the tracking number is sent to you).
2. Cancellation of Standard Orders (In-Stock Items). For products in stock, orders enter our logistics systems almost immediately. You have a maximum of 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
3. The "Point of No Return" Once your order has been processed by our warehouse and the tracking number has been generated, the order can NO longer be cancelled or modified in any way. The package has already been entrusted to the express courier. In this case, you will have to wait for it to arrive and, if you wish, initiate the standard return procedure (see our Return Policy).
4. How to request a cancellation To cancel an order within the timeframes indicated above, contact us immediately at social@deriva-italia.com with the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION OF ORDER #[YourOrderNumber]". Requests sent via Instagram/social media messages will not be considered official cancellation communications.
