1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the package.

2. Mandatory Conditions (Hygiene and Integrity) Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. Therefore, DERIVA will accept the return ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY IF:

  • The adhesive hygiene protection is intact, perfectly adherent, and never removed (not even partially).

  • The garment has never been washed, used, or worn in direct contact with the skin.

  • All original labels and packaging are intact.

ATTENTION: Swimsuits that arrive without hygiene protection, with the sticker re-attached, or with clear signs of use/perfume will be rejected and sent back to the sender without any refund.

3. "No Exchange" Procedure (Refunds Only) Due to the "Limited Drop" nature of our products, we DO NOT perform direct size exchanges. We cannot guarantee the availability of a replacement size at the time of your return. If the size is incorrect:

  • Return the product (at your expense).

  • You will receive a full refund of the product price and the standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase to the original payment method.

  • If available, you can purchase the new size with a separate new order.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs for returning the goods to our warehouses are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method, as the risk of transport lies with the sender: DERIVA is not responsible for returns lost or damaged by the customer's chosen courier. Pursuant to Art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have sent the goods back.

5. How to exercise your right of withdrawal. Time is precious, both yours and ours. We don't require you to fill out paper forms. To initiate a return, simply:

  1. log in to our returns portal at https://account.derivaitalia.com and enter the email address used for the order.
  2. Select the order and the item you wish to return.

  3. Returns can be addressed to our registered office: Worke, Via Giovanni XXIII 59, 24060 Bagnatica (BG), Italy. However, to speed up the process, we invite you to access our returns portal: by following the procedure, the system will automatically provide you with the exact address and instructions to ship directly to our dedicated logistics hub.
