2. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit) Once the package is handed over to the express courier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe and Non-EU Countries: 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are applied based on the order's destination:

• Europe (European Union): Free Shipping (€0.00).

• Non-EU Countries (International): Free Shipping (€0.00).

4. International Non-EU Shipping (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) For all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union (where customs duties and import taxes apply), DERIVA operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

This means that all customs duties, local taxes, and clearance costs are already included in the final price paid at checkout on our website. The customer will receive their order directly at home without having to pay any additional costs or surprise taxes to the courier upon delivery.
