TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Returns and Hygiene Policy Given the personal nature of our products (swimwear), for hygiene and health safety reasons, returns are accepted ONLY if:

• The item is new, never worn and in original condition.

• The hygiene liner is intact, clean, and still attached to the swimsuit.

• All tags are present and not removed.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If the return is refused due to lack of hygienic protection, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Shipping and Deliveries . We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer requests unattended delivery from the courier (e.g., "leave in the garden").
