RETURN POLICY - DROP 001

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Deriva Set. 
If you're not happy with the fit or have changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving
your package to request a quick and easy return.

Return Conditions (Hygiene and Integrity) Since these are swimwear, for hygiene reasons,
we can only accept returns if the item is in its original condition.
Please ensure that:

The adhesive hygienic protection is intact, perfectly adhered, and never removed.

The item has never been washed, used, or worn directly against the skin (please try it on over your underwear).

All original labels and packaging are perfectly intact.

Please note: Returns that do not comply with these hygiene conditions cannot be accepted
or refunded and will be sent back to you.

Size Exchanges (No Exchanges) Since our drops are limited editions, we do not offer direct size exchanges as we cannot guarantee future availability. If you would like a different size, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order in the correct size.

Shipping and Refunds To make your experience easier, we've decided to make returns free for your first order. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

How to initiate a return in two steps:

1. Log in to our returns portal [Click here to access our returns portal] by entering the email address used to place the order.

2. Select the item you wish to return: the system will automatically provide you with the label and shipping instructions.
